All good — we appreciated this family-friendly hotel — the food was outstanding and the staff were very helpful. The room was new-fashioned with smoke detectors for safety measures, and a balcony and a TV. The restaurant here was very clean for dinner.

Excellent service and the food is great. The standard queen room is new-fashioned with a balcony, hot tubs, a view over the nursery slopes. This hotel offers marvellous and incredible location so close to slopes the valley has to offer, and the restaurant.

Quiet location in Ortisei near all the amazing hikes, and slopes the valley has to offer, a week's skiing, and town centre and bus transport. Reasonably large and brand-new room with a big bathroom, a balcony, for example.

Location: the hotel was so close to the cable car station, Ciampinoi and the Sella and Val Gardena. Our standard king room was warm and tidy. The staff were very very helpful and patient, a real pleasure to deal with.
